Reporting Workplace Harassment

This space is for reporting workplace harassment by employees of Amorepacific affiliates.


* The Workplace Harassment Report Counter operates on the principle of guaranteeing the reporter's confidentiality and identity so that the reporter can report safely, and only the person in charge of handling grievances can read the information reported. We will respond to workplace harassment reports as soon as possible through necessary procedures.
* For workplace harassment, it is impossible to start an investigation if the report is made anonymously. The reporter may request an investigation anonymously during the counseling process.

Consent to collection and use of personal information (required)

  • Personal information collected: Name, affiliation
  • Purpose of collection and use: Identification of reporter, management of information reported
  • Period of retention and use: Six months from the date the information was received
  • The reporter may decline consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, you will not be able to make a report.

Consent to collection and use of personal information (optional)

  • Personal information collected: Phone number, E-mail Address
  • Purpose of collection and use: To secure a communication channel for handling reports and providing results, managing reports
  • Period of retention and use: Six months from the date the information was received
  • The reporter may decline consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, we will not be able to provide you with the results of any investigation.
